It looks like a good use of space which we nomads seem to excell in. Nice job, ver neat and practical. Well done! Do we have a photo of your rig somewhere?

thankyou :) we are pleased with it, hubby even put padding on all edges incase I bump my head.. altho I tell him thats the hardest part of me bod and it prolly would not do a thing!!! I've been sorting out all the baskets n drawers in the cupboards to see what to put where etc... so we bought food, cleanign products etc to pop in to see how much room we have etc.. so far so good... will have to take more photos.. trouble is.. atm its always messy hahahaha dragging things around etc...
We have put 2 extinguishers, 1 fire blanket and a smoke detecter in today..... wooohooo!! its coming along!!!! *grin*
Good work! My philosophy is to keep the heavy stuff in the bottom cupboards. The last thing I'd want is for the cupboards to fall down because there's too much weight up there. Then with the van it's the weight over the wheels. It's actually quite tricky to balance the load to the vehicle travels even without affecting the steering. You probably will have a great time when it's all ready to go.

Yup.. all heavy things are going on the bottom... only light stuff up top for that very reason granny :) The larger shelf I shall be popping the bedding on during the day leaving us with extra seating incase we meet up with some of you guys and offer ya a cuppa *grin*... you never know eh :) Oh the big solar panel is now on the roof!!!! wooohoooo!!! not much more to go now.... YEAH!!!!! then we will be fixin up the house ready for our son and his family to live in while we are away
It sounds like you're making huge progress on your project. It's exciting to see it all come together ready to load it up for the big trek. That "packing up feeling" is just so exciting and the anticipation is just about unbearable. Then try and sleep the night before you set out. Bet you can't. I hope everything goes well, works like it should, and we'll see you out there somewhere. Will you add a "trademark" by which we can identify you on the road.

we've got the grey nomad stickers for it :) and we've been trying to come up with a name for the bus.... but have not decided yet...... altho we have until early next year to come up with anything... first off we have to wait for the arrival of our son and his family, get them settled in.... then it will be our turn to take off :) They are arriving in January.... cant wait to see them :)
