Don't think its popular in Melbourne, the rack was nearly full every time we passed one of them, bike rules are no helmet no ride, so most people don't hire because they have to carry a helmet around all day once they have had their ride.

The idea is you take a bike from one point and return it to another within the time limit you have paid for.

SAME in Brisbane. You'd think they'd do their homework first before spending all that money.
