After what seems like years my new van is finally home.
It is a champion Maiya 20'6" full size with more features than the Evolution had but at a much lower price, so worth going with the manufacturer and leaving the dealer to the vulchers
Congratulations Ken and Lyn. About time. I hope she lives up to all your expectations. When do you think you will head off? I will have to come around for a nosey before you go.
Congratulations Ken, May you have many, many safe and enjoyable travels in her !
I know how you feel, i got a new Lotus 18'6'' ensuite van 3 weeks ago, and we are taking it on a ''shakedown trip'' to the bushcamp on the Campastie river at Elmore this weekend, to make sure it all works well, Hope Elmore weather is kind to us,
So you enjoy your new pride and joy, and maybe we will cross paths oneday dazren
How exciting! Now you have to transfer everything over from the old van to the new van. You have to find a place for everything, and put everything in its place, IF if fits. It's a challenge, but I'm sure you'll have many happy caravanning hours and KMs with it. Are you having a formal christening for the new van? I look forward to your travel reports. Safe and happy travels in the new van.
