used to grade that road,can be a bit corrigated.Someone else has a photo of Rankin Road ,Barkly Tablelands.Used to grade over those grasslands also.

was working out the Tanami Desert , Driving a grader, the air con broke down , it was about 45deg. and very dusty I was red all over)as I had to keep the cabin doors open, we used to have high frequency radios and flying doctor radios,I call the boss up and told him about the air con. on the HF radio, he told me to keep her going,I replied well I quit in that case,his reply was (what was that your breaking up)
