Thanks for this Brian. Obviously (another) Telstra issue, not only this forum or our computer skills.

Optus works well in cities but honestly I wouldnt recommend it for travellers, theres precious little Next G signal in isolated places, but none at all with Optus.

I am on Telstra pre paid, don't seem to have any problems with uploading photos, but I really only have basic skills so don't try anything too fancy
