We are sitting here waiting for dinner. $15 per night, free washing machines and dryers and are able to eat at BHP dining room for $12 smorgasborg. Things can't get much better than that.
We don't need a wickipedia link, we are not idiots, just need a little more info from the initial poster
You asked where it was, state, city etc. The link answered your question in that respect.
You could have looked it up yourself, there are other links there you could look at as well.
By the way, I have seen a few of yours where you name a place without and explanation as to states/location etc, so maybe you should follow some of your own advice.

Me too. But you raise a good point, there are a few that make a post assuming we know where it is as it is either well known to some RV travellers or well known in their own state.
I have had to google a few to find out where they are, but a bit more info could save members a lot of trouble.
A lot of members new to RV travel wouldn't know some of these places too by name.
So my vote is anyone posting a place name etc give a bit more info on state and location in state etc.

To me, it's not about the trouble of Googling but rather about the art of communication....why have a forum for chat if we just Google everything to find out the answer??
To me, Google is for when you can't get the info here on the forum.
Hooray - sanity resumed!!! Is it the tensionre the footy guys???? But it is true - sometimes do not have a clue where someone is talking about - and really can't be bothered googling everything - so perhaps state, and either NSEorW might help everyone -

Yep always good to put identifying info about good places but geez not good to shoot someone down when sharing good tips. Flexibility and tolerance are very useful and practicable.
Another good reason for putting more details in the heading is, when someone comes on here and asks a question and one of us says. Put -------- in to the search engine. It won't come up if its not always in the heading. For example, someone asks about travelling with cats. I say put cats into the search engine and you will find quite a few threads relating to that. If Cats is not in the heading they are not going to find it.

I always leave my camping area cleaner than I found it.
Linster is just north of Kalgoorlie, by about 450 ks? . And the town is owned by BHP. they let people in the CP, if there are places. BHP built the park for their workers.. The "free" washing matchines are over in the workers area, and watch the grease and other stuff in the matchines.mens work gear!!. Its nice there and the eating area is top of the range stuff, all you can eat." but dont take a doggie bag" they may not let you out,or back next time.. But the BEST THING is the water at the health clinic.reversosmosis, just sweet as. 1-2 jerrycans at a time. no van fills, not enough space, Heading north you turn there for Sandstone then Mt Maggnet.. Plenty of free road side camping in that area.....

Gee' i didn't mean to create such a furore. Washing machines are now available in the park and were remartkably clean. the workers have their own at the camp. You don't take a doggy bag just pay extra $10 and they gice you 2 take away containers to fill.
