I had no idea it was even there till Ken Thomas suggested I try them to have my gas bottle filled.
So glad I did. $15.00 for a 4kg size, Can't remember the next size up but think it might have said $25.00 for a 9kg.
The reason I am putting this in recommendations is, the chap was more than helpful. He came out to the van, and disconnected the gas bottle for me, filled it then put it back in reconnecting everything. How's that for service.
Also while I was in the shop paying found they sold all sorts of goodies. From bulk meat cheaper than anywhere else. Bottled water, soft drinks and frozen goodies. I got a box of party pies 40 for $5.00 and a box of sausage rolls 25 for $5.00. Was more than pleased.
They also had bulk frozen chips and battered fish.
I would have paid $25.00 for a swap and go at Bunnings for my gas. So glad I decided to try Franky's Ice.
Jimbo. It is on the roundabout as you enter along the caryard strip. You turn off into their driveway as you are going around the roundabout, on the left hand side. The get together is at Greens Lake the weekend of 5th 6th November or any day before that you want to get there. A month from now.
