Firstly I want to say that I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever.
I bought a second hands campertrailer a while back that had one of the Drifter Kitchens in it. It was approximately 9 years old and although in excellent condition, showed a few minor signs of fare wear and tear. The problem was that when I tried to set it up for cleaning on our return from Alice, one of the leg support thumbscrews (possibly not tightened enough by me when setting up) slipped and allowed the legs to collapse. The Kitchen being fully laden still caused the legs to be damaged and a new set was required.
this one is similar to ours.
I rang Luke from Drifter Kitchens and he said that if I could get it to one of his suppliers, located not far from us, he would freight it up and repair it for me. To be honest I was a little sceptical of how much it was going to cost but he assured me he'd look after us. When I rang about a week later to see how it was, I was told that it was ready to be dispatched to one of a couple of companies he deals with. When I asked how much it was going to cost, I was told there was no charge and they were happy they were able to help me. I picked it up from the company the next day and it was like brand new. Considering the age of the unit and the fact that I didn't buy it new, I was very impressed at the service from these guys. I know the units aren't cheap by any means. But when you look at the quality of the work and how pleasant they are to deal with, I can fully reccomend them. There is a "testimonials" page on their site, and mine is the 4th one down last time i looked (from bob Mitchell)
I sold my campertrailer with a drifter kitchen 300 .it was great.but found it a bit bulky.....Luke is very helpful if I bought what you have..he was going to redo the legs to make it higher.as I'm over 6ft tall

We had one of those before we bought the camper trailer smokey, very handy the way it all packs up too and can be laid on its back for transport. Ended up giving it to the son-in-law as part payment for a job he did for me. And yes, Luke is a very helpful bloke and takes great pride in insuring customer satisfaction.
