Hi there, I am new to TGN and am hoping I have found a great place to get some real advice on places to see and what roads should never be travelled.  I just sent my daughter along one that was recomended as a good rd. via a phone call to a local c'park, she's still talking to me but lesson learned to get it from fellow travellers.

We are planning to travell from Lamington NP down to The Hunter valley area we are going to take 4 days to get there and were looking at some of the rds through other NParks as an adventurous route. Then we are heading down to Melbourne slowly via the coast, onto the Ferry to tassie for nearly four weeks. We own camps 6 and it's my bible right now but I am having trouble finding anyone who has used some roads towing a van, we are not scared of wiggly or steep just not fussed on skinny and steep. We towed our van up over Mt. Tamborine from Oxenford and while we made it would not recommend the trip ourselves - when you have to take up both lanes to get round hairpin turns it's a bit tooo wild for me  So if anyone has a story about any of those roads in between the major coastal and inland(Tenterfeild way) I would be really grateful for advice.
