smile   I shall contact the town council when I get there. I know a number of people there, and may even try to involve some  Vietnam Vets I know that live in Yeppoon. One of them runs the local community radio, a show called Radio Nag.. Council there is not known for speedy decisions....but unless you try, who knows

I like Yeppoon. I used to visit there when my daughter lived in Rocky, but I've never stayed there. It's on my list for sometime in the future.

I believe Radio Nag is just across the road from the rear entry of one of the Caravan Parks, and just up the road from Vinnies' Op-shop, and also near the Library.

Its called Maine Caravan Park, 70 Queen St. Yeppoon.  Ph. 0749-383-099.   Don't know what the rates are there though.

As for the Council, its the Rockhampton Regional Council you'll need to contact.

PH:- 1300-22 55 77 .

or, enquiries@rrc.qld.gov.au

Cheers,

Sheba.
