Love the sponser adds on top of the page, much better than the first method that was tried. Unobtrusive, Helpful & relevant subject matter.

I think the "original method" you refer to were ads from Sparklit/Activeboard, the "third party" hosts of the forum. The ads we now see are those sold by Cindy to various sponsors and it's great to see Cindy "turning a dollar" from all her efforts in putting together "Thegreynomads" website.
