I won't whinge about heat again !

Gday...

36degC last weekend in Lake Cargelligo and hot days for the past 6 months in QLD and NSW.

In the Temora NSW showgrounds - got here yesterday. 10degC overnight, rain began just before lunch and hasn't abated, temp plunged to 14degC after rain began and they predict 6degC min tonight.

Got trakkie daks on - haven't had long pants on since May in SE QLD.

I want WARMTH pleeeezzzz.

cheers

John

It was 13 degrees here in Canberra at 3.30 pm this afternoon. Last weekend we had 32 degrees. Its usually changeable in Spring, but this is going a bit far IMHO.

Temora's a nice place, I'm sure you'll be warmer tomorrow to enjoy it. Hope you have mains power to run a heater?

Gday...

Yep .... on mains power ... although I won't be a total sook yet ... heater only as last resort.

Moving on to Ariah Park in the morning for a day or so. Hopefully the rain disappears for a day or two ... and SOME temperature seeps back into the air.

Cheers

John

Bet you will winge about the heat again. Unseasonable cold can be very disconcerting and with bucketing rain, that's the pits. Keep warm

Sounds like Adelaide. Windy, wet, warm, windy, wet warm.
Blowy November.
I recall it being like this last year. I left Cairns in late October to get to Adelaide in the warm. I missed by about a month and it looks like this year is going to be the same.

Camped overnight at Jugion on way to Melbourne last Sunday...was seriously cold, hot the next couple of days then a return to cool/cold weather on way home today, plus rain (again) from Goulburn.

Simple explanation really, according to Tim Flannery...just more climate change......wish he would tell us something we didn`t know !!.

Well I will!

It was 30-32 and very humid for my 2 weeks at Cooloola Cove Qld.

Far too hot for me!

I know! But I don't deal with the heat very well. I've had heatstroke a couple of times, so I have to be very careful.

I like to be near some water so I can just plop into it when I get overheated. I'm lucky that my rental home has a pool right outside my door, so I pretty much stay put during the summer.
