Can't tell you anything about the after sales service other than to say.....I have one friend (couple) who has a Majestic van and she (they) was not happy with it, had lots of problems with it and other friends (couple) was going to buy one and after their research decided against it.

There is quite a bit of negative stuff written about them on various forums....but like everything else....you probably only ever hear the bad stuff.

Caveat Emptor. People we were parked next to on the beach near Sarina QLD had water streaming down the walls of their near new Knight. Whilst the husband was away the wife was abused and threatened - very nastily. Be smart look elsewhere.

We owned a Majestic and have another ordered and will be ready for pick up in a few weeks. We were very happy with it and the few problems were fixed without any worries. We bought in Vic as we weren't fussed about the Caboolture dealership. Before buying we checked forums and found a lot complaints were a few years old and vans had been bought from Caboolture. Can only go on what we have experienced with ours.

We can't comment about the van as we didn't get a chance to find out about them, the dealership at Caboolture is enough to put you off, it did us anyway.

Only buy a Majestic if you want heaps of pain and suffering. You know like truck loads. Majestic don't do any warranty repairs they flog off the warranty to a warranty insurance agent where everything and anything is your fault and you dont get a claim.

Like I said in my post, we didn't have any trouble getting warranty repairs done and always dealt with the factory in Melb. Absolutely no problems and total satisfaction. But then again that's my personal experience and am not saying that some people don't end with lemons but that can happen with any product.

The agent at Caboolture abused me and I only asked him a simple question about quality of frames in general, needless we spent our 50+ biggies elsewhere in Qld. service and quality fantastic.

Majestics loss

Re response from Dogbox...... As I understand it the Agents (Caboolture I thinK but not 100%) they were really abusive to her con a number of occassions called her a very derogatory name - un printable here and called her husband a f...... wimp - he was away working on the mines while she dealt with the warranty stuff. very ugly. How some of these people stay in business I do not know.
