Is anyone else having problems accessing private messages - my notifier said I had two new pm's - able to access one of them, but not the other, now the first one has disappeared - how come they have "fixed" something that wasn't broken? Nothing wrong with the old way. Have pm'd Cindy.

I have PM Cindy about this last week and she was going to get onto the relevant people, but nothing seems to be happening yet, maybe you could jog her memory Jules as it is most annoying seeing it there all the time...............
Hi Everyone, Sparklit (our forum hosts) have written to us to advise that they are in the process of upgrading the PM system. They have said that the count of unread privates messages may have been out of sync for some members due to the transfer to the new system. They have also suggested that members should go through all the pages of their PMs (as only 10 display per page) and make sure all of them are read. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please let me know if anyone is still having problems and I'll contact Sparklit again.
Hi Cindy, I have definately got all my messages, it is just the notice at the top saying I have 2 unread messages that won't go away........thanks in advance for anything you can do to rectify this.
