Earthquake in WA

Just heard that a 5.4 earthquake has been felt about 370km NNE of Canarvon about 1/2 hour ago - hope all up in that area are OK. Apparently it was felt up to 200km away.

we are sitting at Dongara, havn't heard or know of anything. I did get a wack across the ear for what I did not know. Now all is explained, she apparently thought I tapped her on the shoulder & jumped to conclusions.

That was the end of your "jump" eh?
Apparently there was only a slight rumble on land. The earthquake was a fair way off shore. No damage.
There's a cyclone out there somewhere too, but it's not forecast to bother Australia.
