photoshop ? its really well done.

Way too steep a learning curve for me to grasp PS but thats really nice.

 Na not PS, I don't like PS usually I use PaintShop Pro v4 but this was not that.

you can do this all you need is a program called Album Flip and it's FREE today, but only up to 1500 WA time, have a look here
