I have just heard from family members that Christchurch has again been struck by major earthquakes first one a magnatude 6 followed by three more of magnatude 5+, for those who pray say a prayer for the people of Christchuch, the situation over there is very stressfull although there is no reported loss of life, people are very worried about their future and the future of their families.

Geez those poor Christchurch people! Just saw it on the news. If they decide to leave they cant sell their house so its start again from scratch for them. I'm so grateful to live safely here.
I have only ever been to ChCh once and that was back in the 60s. It was a beautiful city. To see it all now and wonder when it will end is frightening.
That's such bad news its such an experience of helplessness when dealing with a natural catastrophy whether it's earthquakes, floods, cyclones, fires. They would not have finished dealing with damage from the last quake.
dreadful news truly youve got to wonder like people say they keep drilling holes into the earth and pulling this and that out of our precious earth when is it going to stop and i dont think anybody can convince me that the earth is not suffering from this .
giant slabs of road layed in one long pathway ,what about weight and the stress of it all ,its very sad realy i feel so sad for the people there, they cant sell there homes because nobody wants to live there.
my sister is on the north island says there is no work for any of them from the south island ,what does one do.
We were just recently on a cruise to NZ. Because of damage in the harbour the ship doesn't actually go to Christchurch anymore but to a delightful town just south of it - Akaroa. They were organising bus trips to Christchurch but we didn't go. We were there about 4 years ago & would rather remember the place as it was then & that lovely cathedral building as it was.
