What's the weather like where you are?

Snug in Tasmania started out a beautiful balmy day.  Went for a drive down to Southport and by the time we got there the rain was nearly horizontal.

Back to the van to find that the rain had beaten us back.  Not cold though, about 23 degrees but it is a tad humid.

edit: = just revising that temperature folks it has now dropped to 17.3

Are you boiling hot, freezing cold, or soaking wet? Is the wind howling or is there a gentle sea breeze cooling you as you sip a pina colada on the beach? Feel free to use this section to let other nomads know how the weather is where you are in this wonderful country, and how you are planning to make the most of it.

Cooled down in Adelaide with a SW wind blowing it's b.m off. Nice to have a spell from the heat, but I'm afraid it will be short lived.
Batten down the hatches.

Cooler today - around 25-29 depending on where you were but the humidity was very high - drip, drip, drip whenever you moved!!   However change has gone through now and there is a little rain but not much - very strong winds earlier but OK now.  Indeed it is quite cool; but I am not complaining!!!!  I am looking forward to a good night's sleep.smilesmilesmilesmile

And it's not even the sweat season where you are. That happens up north.
But that dry heat really takes it out of me. Everything dries out and blocks up making breathing difficult.
I need humidity with a breeze.

I agree CG, that dry heat knocks me too.  Particularly my skin.

Luckily I've rarely been in that kind of heat.

Overcast, intermitend rain and quite cold down here in Snug Tasmania at 8.45am on the 31/1/12 around 9.2 degrees according to the BOM

UPDATE: It is now 1.38pm the rain has been on and off all day and it's bloody freezing.  Inside with the heater going, feet like block of ice and now the wind is getting up.  Probably only about 8 degrees.

Very, very windy here in Echuca. The sun is out and its down to 22 degrees. No rain since yesterday, just need the wind to stop and I will go for a drive. Went into town this morning for groceries and nearly got blown off the road.

Absolutely beautiful here today in Bremer Bay WA. Around 25 degrees and bright sunny day.

Last night in Albany was a bit chilly. Sorry to have to admit this, but I had the eleccy blanket on 1 all night. Not used to the chilly weather as left Perth when it was around 40.

Esperance tomorrow and the forecast is for 27. Happy travels, Alan
