Presently if they were along the Murray they would be under water in many locations. Will be getting worse over next month. If camping along the Murray need to be aware of the Murray grey mud when wet. Puddles can end up as bog traps. If camping along the Murray and has been wet in past month a bicycle to ride the track or walk prior to committing with a caravan is smart if you like to avoid pain. Check turning area and over hanging trees. Have a friend in the tow business in Echuca and frequently have to rescue caravans and motorhomes from Murray locations.

This is what happened to us after it rained while camping next to the Murray at Murray Sunset National Park in 2009. Took us 30 minutes to drive in and 5 hours to get out! Thank goodness for box thorn bushes!
