I decided to go for a drive to Dartmoor today to pick the brains of grey nomads that may be around. I had the most wonderful couple of hours meeting up with two lovely couples that were out there living their dream. The tips and conversations were wonderfully enlightening, funny, and just very easy. I cannot wait to get out there, if this is just a small glimpse of what life is like on the road let me at it.
To the couples I met thank you and I look forward to meeting up with you again somewhere down the track in the not too distant future.
House on the market this week for sure, the excitement is building.
Sharon.

Nahh jimricho, it is about 20-25 mins over the SA border into Vic from Mt Gambier. It is a really nice green spot on the Glenelg River. A lot of nomads there all settled in for the night and having a wonderful time. A tiny little town, with a Pub, general store and wonderfully clean public toilets and shower. Beautiful spot.

Back with a new user name as lost the info.I was golly but now golly molly Heading to Crows Nest Caravan Park for Easter as we need a break from working full time and working all weekends renovating the house ready for rental.
Has any one stayed there?
Our take off day has been delayed by 2 months as there is a new ruling with LSL and no prorata after 2002.
Not long to go as the spreadsheet is getting shorter. Which at this point, who knows. The only stress I want is trying to get the gladwrap off the roll. That is right they say now there is a thing on it now that takes the pain out of the rip.
Stay safe all

The CN Caravan park is a beaut spot.. you will enjoy!
The town has a warm and proud character; here's a link which if followed through will keep you busy for several days http://www.crowsnest.info/
One of my highlights is viewing from the Gus Beutel (in the Ravensbourne National Park) lookout at sunrise; I got one of my favourite photos there, it's not to be missed. Be there early.
You'll also get to meet Jimmy Crow and learn his interesting history.
I know you'll have a "Happy Easter"
