Northern migration.

I know a lot of you tend to come through on the western side of the range...Toowoomba...but if anyone happens to come through east of the range, be sure to let us SEQlders know.

I'm happy to do a day trip from here in Logan to the bush to meet up for a cuppa and chat.

I won't be doing any camping during winter, hence I say a day trip.

Why won't you be doing any camping during winter Beth, except for Gympie of course. Isn't winter the best time for you also to be heading north.
Summer up here would be far too hot.

What I should have said Marj was, I won't be camping inland during Winter because of the cold.

I'll probably do a bit of a test drive trip north...ironing out any Lulu problems... with Sis & Bil in August, before our Victorian trip in Oct/Nov. That may only be as far as Agnes Waters or thereabouts.

I will be going to Tin Can Bay a bit, but that will be 'camping' in the luxury of my sisters spare bed. wink

And of course, I need to save for Oct/Nov.

I don't camp in Summer either...unless it's near the sea. Autumn or Spring is the ideal time to go inland in Qld.

.. and Beth ..

I'll be very surprised if I dont see you up on the Tablelands too .. but if not .. if you do have anything to be taken up there for a "mutual" friend, just give it to me at the 9-mile camp ..

Thanks for that Jon. I'll keep that in mind, and let her know you're heading up there.

That'll be great Kay & Dave. Let me know when you get home and we'll organise something.
