got our Aussie Traveller pull out awning up today, which is great, we have had the van for 18 months but on the couple of trips we did in it, it was not worth putting it up but now we are parked up for awhile we decided it was time to put it up.............no go, had no idea how it went so we rang the number on the side of it Anzac Day and Bob answered, he was actually the person who put it on our 2nd hand van and he said he would drive up to Beachmere today from Brissy and show us how it worked. He was true to his word and came today showed us what to do and replaced a few things that were a bit worn and gave us a few tips also, really great to have the awning out as it is now raining but better still was the FANTASTIC customer service ( even though we were not the original customers ) we received ......a big yeh for the day to them.  we have no connection to Aussie Traveller Awnings just thought it was worth letting people know  about the great service we received.
