Correct Chris, I did school runs today, yippee, I like those cos I get 4 hours of during the day so I can pick on wombat and keep him in line. Plus I like working with the kids they are great and we have a great bunch on our buses.

My goodness Doug, the school kids down there must be a lot better than the ones here, they are positively feral. My son attended Town high and they burnt the Science Room down while he was there. No he wasn't involved, I would have killed him. When I used to travel the Maggie Island ferry the language coming out of their mouths used to make me blush (mainly the girls too). Guess I am old fashioned, that sort of thing really bugs me.
Yes some kids are Ferrel's but as I said we are lucky with 99% of our kids. I had a problem early in the year with a couple but with a teacher near by and the teacher and parents permission I spoke to the kids in question and explained the problems and luckily they have been good since. Some days they all get a bit rowdy on the way home but hey we all are like that sometimes I think. I treat the kids like anyone else, with respect.
I don't just do school runs, my boss has flexibility with me to be able to do other work as well, including the office work if needed. Variety is the spice of life they say and I get enough variety in driving jobs to keep me interested. I am working afternoon today so will be "On The Buses" this afternoon.

when they have just got out of skool (school) they do let off a bit of steam, we did the same at that age, problem is they have too much energy, well much more than you old bugga's
