G'Day Gitsho. It looks like no one else has done so. I did have a look at trying this but I have the 'turn around' type. You know, the one that swivels to the side to create more room. I found there was insufficient room to 'get to it' if I wanted to replce only the bowl. It appears I have to replace the lot due to mine being hard up against the bulkhead. An interesting point though, I find things sometimes drop out of my vanity cupboard when I open same, falling onto the toilet (aftershave, deodorants etc). Some of these things are heavy and have done no damage to the plastic toilet (apart from dents and scratches). If I did fit a ceramic unit I would be concerned about chips, cracks and possibly total destruction by said falling objects. I don't know if that would happen, but it's an expensive way to find out. For what it's worth.

Keith, maybe you need to secure your bits and pieces in the cupboard so they don't jump out to meet you. I had the same trouble with the tuna and vegemite but I fixed it.
I doubt the toilets would be interchangeable. I think they'd be purpose-built to take the style of dunny to be fitted. Good luck with trying.
