When you go into Start a New Topic, which you just did for this, you will find down the bottom where it says to Attach Image (photo) Just above that in the same line is Attach Poll. Never done one myself so don't know what happens when you click on it.
They are easy to set up but think carefully and check spelling etc. as you cannot edit afterwards. I did a poll onhere once and accidentally left one of the states out and could not add it later.
Thanks for the directions and hints. I had a look at it, but couldn't work out how to set it up for the answers I was looking for. So just posted a format that will hopefully fulfill the function. OJ

You could do each question as a separate poll with 2 answers each True False perhaps. The beauty of a poll is that it is anonymous where as your current format is not.
