A nice surprise

This morning we decidde to fuel up at Mobil Service station just south of Atherton.  When I went to pay the lady behind counter said seeing you bought so much I will give you a discount of 4c/lt.  Made my day!

I know the feeling kandagal. Its so expensive to refuel, nice when you get a discount. Mine are always with the everyday rewards, My next one is 14 cents a litre off.

It's OK to get a discount -but do the supermarket service stations put the fuel up in their towns? I'm beginning to think so.

No NeilnRuth. The pump price is the same as any other town as far as I have seen.

I think Maryborough in Central Vic seems to consistently have the cheapest petrol an gas. We have been surprised when travelling that our prices at home are much cheaper that anywhere else. A bonis for living in this area. Atnthe moment petrol is $1.42. Glenda
