Our sat dish was 2 1/2 yrs old & out of warranty.  When you get in the far nth east of Qld the sat dish (if it is over 2 years old) doesn't go far enough back to pick up the satellite.  A phone call to Coast to Coast Rv & they immediately sent us a new control box & a bracket to fix to dish to allow it to go further back.  This service was free & parts sent by overnight express post.  They even said if we were near a repair place they would pay to have it done.  My chauffeur is handy & did the job himself.  But we would like to say how good Coast to Coast Rv is to deal with.
