G,day to All,sorry i,ve taken so long to keep you up to date with this story.
Between doctors,hospitals & trying to get my head around a new laptop i,ve been a bit out of it, but alls good to go again.
First got in touch with Consumer Affairs, after bit of to & froing they passed me over to CTTT. As you would all know government agenceise do not move all that fast.
But i,m pleased to be able to tell you it is now in the hands of the Tribunal, the case will be heard on the 9th of July, they have arranged for me to have a phone hookup at the time as i don,t live in NSW. Hopefully justice will be done. will keep you informed. Cheers Dave
Great work. I certainly hope that this sort of thing encourages the management of The Solar Energy Store to at least talk to their customers and do things the correct way the first ( or maybe second) time.
someone from the solar shop phoned on thursday,they now want to do a deal, offered me the small camera i ordered in the first place. free of charge. Funny how they want to talk now, wouldn,t answer my calls before. I declined the offer, just want my money back now. Said he would get back to me.I,m still waiting.
