an affordable but nice C/V park in Mildura please

Im traveling through Mildura to Broken Hill with friends who want to use C/V parks and looking for recommendations of  good parks in Mildura and Broken Hill Please.

Nothing too expensive or too big.

Many Thanks

I'm staying at the "Big4 Cross Roads CV Park" next week Tess. It's on the corner of Dean St and Calder Highway. I am actually only staying there because it's the closest to my Brother but does look nice.

I stayed at 'The Palms' a few weeks ago.
Very quiet park with friendly management and close to the CBD.
Good size sights with close to amenities.
While the amenities are quite dated they were spotless.
I'll definitely stay there again.

Agree with patto44. Have stayed there many times. A Family Parks Park. They also bring wood around for fires. Glenda.

We stayed at Buronga River front park, which is just across the bridge in NSW. It was about $26 with discount and is the closest park to Mildura CBD. Nice setting right on the Murray.

Cheers,

Patto

Agree with Patto44 - Buronga Riverside is a really nice spot - directly opposite the CBD of Mildura - plenty of room as well.

We recently stayed at Top Tourist GolGol - just over the river (not walking distance) but nice park - $24.30 with discount ($27) - or stay 5 nights pay for 4 special was on but may not be now.
Broken Hill we also stayed at TT but expensive. Other one in town ?? so Broken Hill locals suggest the one out at Silverton which we haven't stayed at but we drove around and would use. There is also Racecourse at BH. No showers, only toilets but power etc - I think it was $25 for power. Check out the CP Recommendations posts.

I'm with Patto44 too. I was there a couple of weeks ago. Nice park, decent amenities. Nothing flash but beautiful setting right on the banks of the river. You look across the river to see the paddle steamer at dock.

Thanks so much all of you. Looks like Buronga is it. My friends were very impressed with our little site and said to thank you all.
