Hmmm, why would I click on some unknown link in a forum that is wide open to the public when the very topics says 'scam'?

ABC TV had a piece about the scams tonight. One of them involved "investing" your retirement money in a scheme betting on cricket games.
It's hard to believe that people can be so gullible and stupid. Quite frankly, it's hard to be sympathetic about their losses.
Never forget Rule One: If it looks too good to be true, it is.
And Rule 2 is: See Rule One.

Yep, I don't have much, but what money I do have sits safely in a bank account.  I know I could probably get a better interest rate, but I prefer to have the security of one of the "big banks".

Cheers!

Chris

It takes all sorts I suppose, but honestly I cant understand how anybody can get trapped into this rubbish. Especially as the name "retirement scam" would indicate you have worked for 40+ years and should have learned a bit by then.
