Some ofyou may remember my post about this outfit, today was Tribunal day.
Firstly the CTTT had trouble tracking this mob down.They hide behind another company BULK IMPORTS & EXPORTS trading as The Solar Energy Store.
Surprise surprise, after not answering my calls, emails & registered letter they didnt turn up to the Tribunal either. So the CTTT issued orders for them to riemburse me, return postage also.
Time will tell if this happens, but hopefully this will act as a warning for others intending to buy from The Solar Energy Store or whatever they call themselves.
The problem with these type of companies is they know they can get away with it, if they have 20 dispute's this week and only 2 customer's take it further they are way in front, I think you will eventually get your money back but you may have to wait for when they are ready to pay it.
