We welcome all southerners to the north of Queensland but please when you leave to return south please take the cold weather and rain back with you.

look on the bright side - you dont have to complain about the drought, and the cold is great for killing lots of bugs and I gather it makes the snakes sleepy

 Now we can say what rain, just had an email from family in NZ & they have had 270mm since yesterday,

well it's  monday 7.39am and see blue skies so NZ can keep their 270mm

of rain and we will take the sun another great day in Townsville and today I love everyone.safe traveling
