Happy Jan

Had the reversing camera installed today & the guy that come out & fitted it was very professional, & unlike the guy that came to look at the gas oven last week, cleaned up after himself & went through everything with me. I was very happy so happy in fact I would like to mention the name of the company but am not sure if I can on here.

We have ordered the new mattress which we should get the day before we move out of the house. Will be able to store our furniture etc in a very special friends garage. Removelist booked.

Only have to keep packing there is a light at the end of this tunnell & I know once we hit the road we will have a ball & wonder why we did not do it before.

Robyn & Steve

Happy packing - and more important- happy travelling - you will indeed love it - where is your first stop?

No idea at this stage everything has happened so fast we may stay in a local CP for a week or 2 & plan which direction we will take.

No real plan at this stage Robyn, I am just going to wing it I think.

Wombat reckons when you drive out the front gate, turn left. I might put the batmobile on auto pilot and see what happens.

Thank you aussie traveller, wombat & Doug
We have until the 5th October to decide which direction we will take but will definetly turn left out of our driveway.
We are hoping to meet up with a lot of other GN's in our adventure

By October it may be getting too hot to go too far north Robyn. Its already getting really hot here now and most nomads are heading south.
By November the humidity will be hard to take and not recommended if you can go in another direction.

Thanks HW I was thinking maybe go down south there are a lot of places in southern NSW we have yet to see.
We went to Melbourne back 2009 in November & it was starting to warm up then, we returned via the south coast & as we where on limited time did not get to see as much as we wanted too.
So that is my plan will just have to find some time to sit down with the other half & take it from there. He is still working at the moment & we still have to get the packing etc from the house done so it may after we get on top of everything, but I do have to say I usually get my own way.

Robyn
