I'm afraid this review comes to late for our Friends,

They spent every cent they had building a Park Home and establishing it in a Caravan Park,

They were told the Park would never close,

That was about 5 years ago, then the dreaded land Developer's bought the Park,

My Friend was given 30 days to vacate the land,

Luckily for him he was granted a State Unit to live in and was able to sell the Park Home,

But only at a terrible loss.

We wouln'nt give two Bucks to be in his shoes,

at least with a caravan you can hook up and move to another Park.

One particular park in Perth tried to oust the on site home people and gave them notice to move so they could develop the land, some moved but some formed a class action against the park owners and won the right to stay there until their long term leases ran out.

The park owners lost the court action and decided they would have to keep running it as a caravan park for awhile until they could let all the leases expire. Unfortunately some of the park home people had already been forced to move as their leases had expired.
