I would just like to give a good news story about TELSTRA.
My iPhone crashed basically, so took it to Telstra in Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, Narre Warren Victoria this morning, Sunday. The young bloke that was dealing with me was great he was very helpful, full of little tips about the iPhone and got it working again for me and all in 30 mins. He was actually serving other customers at the same time as me while my phone was hooked up to his PC and was very helpfull and pleasant to all.
Well done Telstra.

I am envious of the Telstra guy being able to serve customers whilst fixing your iPhone I have difficulty operating my iPhone and not doing anything else at the same time.
