Hi everyone just wanted to formally introduce myself to the forum.
My Wife Sheryl and I are working slowly towards getting out on the road full time.
We have owned an Ultimate Camper for many years and have done several extended trips (3-5 Months) in the camper http://www.mikenshez.blogspot.com.au/ is our travel blog.
This year we finally managed to find the motor home we had been searching for and are in the process of trying to sell the Ultimate and much of our accumulated "Stuff" with the dream of traveling full time for a year or ten.
Still trying to decide on the "Do we sell or rent" issues etc.
I am keen after running a business (45 employees) bringing up four Kids and now in my second marriage (got it right this time ) to simply devoid my mind of as many responsibilities and issues as possible and concentrate on enjoying the second half of my life.
I am in my late 50's love traveling, (wheels on the ground not Air) photography, meeting new friends and learning to play Jazz Guitar http://www.reverbnation.com/mikecardinal (like I said I am still Learning)
We both look forward to learning from and hopefully contributing to this site and the Grey Nomad world in general.
Welcome Mike and Sheryl ... I am sure you have browsed the sub-forums within the GN Forum and can see this is a good forum. Plenty of info, plenty of advice - from different perspecties often, and even a couple of wags/dags who just cannot help themselves from adding humour.
cheers - John
