Somehow I can't imagine a Texas hoe-down featuring music by 18th century composer J. S. Bach!  biggrinwink

yeah Jim .

But when you leave Texas just on dark on Oct 1 ,

land in Sydney th morning of Oct 3 & it's been dark all th way ,

& ya bums so numb from sitting on aircraft seats . It takes an hour or

three to readjust ya head. Th band played a lot of 'oldies' & a

lot of western songs we know here in Aissie , 1st on th dance floor ,

& towards th end Fort Worth & Dallas had earthquakes - 3.4 mag .

We on th dance floor didn't feel a thing. A couple of th Evans survivors

could not go back upstairs for hours .

Yep, I've done that flight from West Coast USA (both LAX and SFO) several times and I agree it's a real pain, worse than the trip up in my opinion.
