The first day out on our last trip, we had a problem with the transformer for our lights. This had happened some years previously but had corrected itself after a few days of angst. This time, we had Google! 8am the next morning, we rang Tow World, explained the problem and that we were on the road north.
"No problem, bring it around now."
Ivan isolated the cause and had us on the road in under an hour. All the staff had been friendly and helpful.
