Dometic VT2500 Vacuum Toilet

I would like to know, if there are any GN's out there that have one of these toilets, and are happy with it. We have spoken to so many travellers, who have one,  and are not happy, and can't even get satisfaction from Dometic. My husband is seeking out new or second-hand parts, mainly for the docking station, as that is where the issues seem to arise from. Any assistance will be appreciated.

My Sister who works for Dometic Victoria suggests that you ring 1800 21 21 21 for any problems with Dometic or Waeco products.

This number is for problems with products.smile

Thanks for that info Peterpan. We will try that when we return to Victoria. But it is ours and other grey nomads understanding, that they (Dometic), will not be importing them or parts anymore, which leaves us all in the poo so to speak.
