Am still at Greens but Doug took me for a drive to Echuca for provisions and the chance to visit the Bendigo Bank. Echuca is a really historical town, the main shopping centre has authentic old shops and pubs with the port and docks running behind the main drag. John
John, I suppose Marj told you - but the water there in Echuca has been that high, that the people opposite have had to sandbag their houses, was on top of the cream coloured toilet block, which was to your left when you took your photos!!!! Amazing sight to see the river so big.

Aren't they lovely old boats. I went on the "Pride of the Murray, and told the owner that I had a skippers ticket, and he let me drive, and gave me a certificate to show that I had done it!

No I didn't Jules. John went down there after we went out separate ways. We were too busy grey nomading to talk about Echuca. lol
jetski155 is Richard who gave me rides on his jetski here at Greens, he is a very friendly young man who offered rides to all of us here and joined in with our happy hours. I noticed that the only other GN who took him up on his offer was Brandt (Kiwi-as).
Please make him welcome to the forum and he will learn camping whilst young enough to enjoy it for many more years.
Welcome jetski155 (Richard) enjoy here and out in the playground even though you don't have the grey hair (Yet). That will change when wombat finds you mate.
