I think these basins are the pits!!! Ours wasn't draining properly - spilt water all over the loo when you put the basin up - Jayco replaced it, but it is still the same - on another forum someone was saying they took it apart - had to cut into the back wall of the unit, and reconnected the outlet where the plug goes in - it hadn't been connected properly in the first place. Will get t looked at again I reckon.

We have a fold up basin in the Kea, the drain hose inside the basin had come adrift and as Jules mentioned, after draining the sink you would fold the basin up and water would flow all over the toilet and floor.
Pulled the unit apart and reattached the hose, SWMBO is happy, she now has a working sink and no more mess to clean up.
There is a thread on the subject on another forum, sadly its about to close down and everything will be lost, will repost my posts here in the hope they may help someone else.

We bought a pre loved 2007 Kea Endeavour a while back, have since done about 20000 km and are very pleased with it except for the flimsy plastic wash basin and splash back set up. The plastic the tap fixes to has broken away so that the tap simply flops around and the basin drain hose has come adrift, if water is run into the basin then drained it simply runs out the back and all over the floor, not very satisfactory, the basin looks to have been moulded in two halves, the hose attached to the drain outlet then the two halves joined together, there seems to be no way of reattaching the hose. All a bit abstract I know wondering if anyone has experienced similar problems, if so how did you rectify them.
Update time. Got to work on the broken tap mount area, with the aid of a heat gun I flattened out a piece of 90mm PVC downpipe, cut it roughly to size laid it over the broken area and once again with the aid of a heat gun moulded and shaped it to size, drilled a hole for the tap, then trimmed it up and glued it in place with PVC pipe cement, pretty happy with the result, looks neat and is far stronger than the original, good outcome. As far as the basin is concerned, once again heat gun to the rescue, carefully applied heat around the area of the join and with the aid of a narrow paint scraper managed to separate the two halves with no damage, just a matter of fixing a new hose to the drain outlet, gluing the halves together and I'll be ready to put it all back together again. Amazing what you can do when you put your thinking cap on, suspect I saved myself quite a few $$$ as well.
Jobs done, tap mount area reinforced, looks tidy, the tap is now solidly mounted and functionalBasin hose reattached and the basin drains as it was designed to, into the grey water tank via the hose, not down the back of the splash back and all over the floor. On a scale of 1 to 10 would give myself a 8, SWMBO reckons it's worth a 9
