Bill sounds like a good trip coming up.

Will you be stopping to do some fishing on the way???

Can you tell us what you are catching & what bait you have been using.

Enjoy the trip.

Thanks
Ian

Am at Broadwater ,sth of the Qld border, in a thunderstorm. Was going to have a fish in deepwater creek but its pouring rain , so might go a bit further south, Glen innis perhaps, when it stops. Gained(or lost) an hour when crossing the border. Like to find a place by a creek or river for the night. Down to Tamworth or further , tomorrow. See you soon Bill.

I've always wondered what that camp is like. Is it nice? Other than the rain?

Lovely spot , next to a golf course, and an easy walk to town. Its a bit wet at the moment, but should be good later. Strangely enough, lots of ducks.Did well on the yabbys, looks like yabby sangers for lunch. These little bait-yabby traps are great value and can be had from any good tacle or bait shopfor about $5 . Good fun and great eating........See you soon, Bill

Hi Bill,

Ther's a good spot at south Darras for an overnight stop, right on the water, a little rest area as you get to the end of Darras road just past Darras lake road, beautiful spot over looking the ocean.

Kevin.

One thing you get from being a pro fisherman fpr 40 odd years is an apreciation for the weather.I make my own forcasts, and they are usually better than theweather bureau. This rain is going to go further south, at least to northern NSW. Heading to Narooma area , today. Bill
