I have bought my motorhome

I have just purchased my motorhome. It will stay in NSW for a couple of months and then come to Victoria for me to play with.

Sounds like you'd better think of a name so Gerty can stop getting confused! Well done. Enjoy your new home on wheels.

Hi Barina,

I too have a 1998 Sprinter conversion by Trakka purchased March this year with 35,000 km on the clock. We have done one trip so far just to get the feel of it and to iron out wrinkles. Apart from the apparent lack of power in 5th (which is now resolved) there is no real problem.

What I do not have and cannot locate is a copy of the owners handbook or the service log book. Mercedes in Gosford have not been forthcoming with either. If you have either I would dearly love to get a copy and will reimburse you for any costs involved.

We will be on the road again towards the end of May for our first big trip but will try to monitor for your reply.

Thanks

Robert

Welcome to the site Bornzil - hope you have many happy hours in your new motorhome - and that someone can help with a manual.

I have some handbooks but they are in Ellalong NSW at my sons it is quite thick so if there is just a particular section you were after I could arrange some copies.

Thanks for your reply barina. Unfortunately without knowing what sections are in the manual I can't really say.
