Has anyone had to put in a service kit one of these jacks. Mine is leaking out of the raise/lower tape and has decided to stop working altogether now. I can get one of the service kits locally. If you have worked on one of these jacks, was it an easy job to do and did you need any special tools.
Trust you can help as we are getting ready To get back on the road in a week or two.
Regards
Brian.

Havent had to do one as yet, if its the screw in/out valve to raise & lower it should be psooibile to screw this valve out as there is often a o'ring fitted just behind the tappered internal end.

The DVD that comes with the kit is excellent. You will find it easy to work with. Use fresh jack oil and dispense it via a washing up detergent bottle to get a small stream that will go through the filling hole.
