Procedure - that's doctor talk for operation. In a theatre no less. Lights, action, etc. Good luck and may you soon be bouncing around in the driver's seat again.

Thanks to all for the good wishes. OP all done and dusted, went well except for bad reaction to one of the drugs. All going ahead now, no use of right hsnd at present but will be good in while, DAM hard tp type with 1 fingrt onleft lol. lots of mistakes but they csn stay there. Thabks again for the thoughts, Can now start planing escape from Daughters place and grtting bsck on the road.
