Looks about the same wet campsite that I visited last July with just as many huge puddles.

One thing that has changed and that is the aggressive nature of the resident rooster population, I set up the gas stove and one of the birds actually put his beak into the pan to steal some of my soup mix vegetables. It was on the floor because I haven't bought a new table yet after the Forbes experience.

Will stay here for a couple of days before revisiting the Hinterland Regional Park and take advantage of the 240 volts on offer.       John

No Jules, neither Mario nor his apprentice are here at Stott's, that is unless one of them drives a Mercedes Sprinter.

How did Billeee stuff up his pc, not throwing it round the van I hope.

The guy in the Mercedes Sprinter - is he a younger guy - around late 30's - missing a tooth, could be Andy - who used to be there as well - if it is tell him you know us.

Re Billeeeeeee's computer - he turned it on, it just started with colours all over the screen - tried turning it off and on again, and rebooting with the battery removal - but no go - so phone call tomorrow, he just got a new screen while we were in Boonah - $300!!!!!! and he picks on my computer!!!!! huh!!! His dongle also died!

Hi John, is that the place near Kings Cliff, if it is that is where a fellow brought a large snake that he couldnt handle any more to the iland, keep your left eye out for that one hahaha. I made another winter soup yesterday.

 Yes Patty it is a few kms from Kingscliffe so it could be around.

I started out yesterday making the soup mix that we bought in Kyabram, I soaked some overnight and started cooking it when the rooster got into it. Had it on the gas for ages, the noodles were well cooked but the mix was still hard. Soaked it more overnight and will have another go tonight. Wasn't as tasty as yours.

Billeee just had a visit from the Shire Ranger and they are policing their 24 hour stopover policy so that is why Mario and others are no longer here. A hefty $110 fine occurs for infringements.
I checked with him and so long as I leave in the morning and return after 4pm I will be ok. I have my annual checkup with the doctor on Wednesday morning in Palm Beach so I don't want to leave before then.
Sorry about the dongle and the lap top, all the problems have come at once.

Crikey - that is no good - wonder where Mario and Bill went? Laptop might be ok - rang the guy who fixed it and he said to give it a gentle shake - and it worked!
The dongle, however, is a longer story for another time.

Time for a grease and oil change at the doctor? that's what we did at boonah and Billeeeeeee's doctor. All good! Except I am getting hearing aids - Topha has some insurance papers that arrived for you - might send them to my daughters place.

Haven't all the details but Mario was picked up for DD so he will be off the road for a while, the guy in the Mercedes came back and I was talking to him.

Was expecting the papers to be posted to Hay and then redirected again to Currumbin but if they haven't then to your Daughter's place will be fine. Let me know because I was thinking that they would be arriving any day, expecting a call to say they were there.
