I have been going to to Community vegie garden here in Kyabram  to do some work in the garden & if there is vegies to take home thats a bonas. Yesterday was nice & sunny. I walk 2ks there & back, just love being outside. Will look for community gardens while travelling as well just to get down & dirty ha ha ha :)

Hi Patty, Check out Mullimbimby community garden if you are up that way, also crystal Castle just out of Mullimbimdy had a notice up asking for volunteer help in there garden, both food and rain forest. Bob & Rhonda

One of my fav programs is Gardening Australia on ABC Saturday evenings. They often feature community gardens and how successful they are at bringing neighbors together and encouraging new friendships. Even the kids love to participate, so it's fun for all ages.
