My start after the Kanga drama

Hi Sharon,  will follow your travels to see how you go.

My van goes into crash repairers on Tuesday and said I should have it back on Friday then I am setting off again next Tuesday.  I plan to go from Victor Harbor to free camp at Langhorne Creek and from there into Tailem Bend - not sure if to follow the River Murray or go on to Ballarat but will play it day by day.

Fingers crossed nothing happens this time.  If I don't do it this time - I might never, ever.

When I get the Ford Transit back I will post photo's before I leave just so people may recognize me.

I must give Apia the Insurance Compay a tick because I only had the van for a week before the crash and they have been really excellent.

Well Sharon or any other solo's please leave me a PM me and if you are in Victor nextweek you are welcome to come and have a cuppa and advice or any tips greatly received.

I have not got a TVor ariel (not sure about that spelling) yet because not sure what to get or how to fix an ariel.  They only thing I know is how to drive and not really fussed where I go at this stage.

Helen

Hi Helen, glad to know that you will have your wheels back soon. It is great that we get to choose where we can go, for the next month I will be hanging around the south earth due to family commitments but after that who knows. I had not thought of Victor, and that would be great except, when I leave Adelaide on Wednesday I will be going to Melbourne for my grandaughters christening. Still I could go that way around, just cos I can instead of going down the freeway. Decisions decisions, isn't life grand?

I would definitely get a tele, how it all works, in don't know but there are times when it is good company, if for nothing else than background noise. I found this even at home.

Good luck with it all and keep letting us know where you are up to.
