Dirranbandi Caravan Park

This is a fantastic park. $25 a night powered site. Pet friendly.

Very clean ablution block which contains showers and toilets, laundry and disabled shower and toilet with ramp access.

Laundry has 2 washing machines, ironing board and rotary clothes line just outside the door.

They also have a dump point and you can get your gas bottles filled there as well.

I stayed there last night. Did two loads of washing, on the line all night, all there when I got up this morning.

Very friendly young couple running it. Live in a huge old house at the front. She told me it used to be a Catholic Orphanage. No wonder the size.

Well - easily recognised - dressed like a dandy - no - it is a song actually - think it might be Slim Dusty - it's about the Diranbandi Dandy.
