Would comment on your other post but know nothing about caravans, am happy that you are getting on with your plans to become a nomad.
As far as this post you won't find better or more experienced nomads than Billeee and Jules so if you will be meeting them soon you also will be meeting me, not that is any advantage but I plan to be in Greens by Tuesday afternoon.
Many of us are happy to just look at the threads and not add advise if they have not been there done that if you know what I mean.
You will enjoy the company of most you meet on your travels and for the rest you can just move on so they are no problems.
One of the beauties of this forum is some like to chat and use for their daily people hit while others use for information and others use to just keep up to date with all out on the road or about to go on the road. For this to happen on one forum is very special.

I think one of the reasons some don't comment is because just chatty comments have been frowned upon in Techie Corner and the main forum, it's preferred you stay on topic. ;)
I would suggest Solo, Craft, I digress are more...chatty spots...we here have more tolerance and understand this can be where it's nice to know others are around even if they are in the next state.
Sometimes being Solo can be lonely so then it's a way of ...staying excited...out in the playground...if you're there yet.
Also sometimes you need a sounding board as you don't have anyone to share with...some other couple folk have not yet been in this situation.
